All of our orders are sent out Royal Mail First Class unless otherwise requested, the majority of our orders should arrive next working day.

This is not a guaranteed service and we would ask you to allow 7-10 working days for delivery. If you do need a guaranteed service please use our special delivery option upon checkout.

Preferably the number on the lock face or an existing key with a prefix code. For example 92204 the 92 is the prefix telling us what series the key is.

In the event that a prefix code is not on the key we may be able to assist you if you have a manufacturer/related manufacturer and the type of furniture.

If you have any similar furniture that has an existing key this may help us identify what key you need.
