Cabinet Locks & Locker Locks
Cabinet and locker will most commonly use cam locks, normally fixed by the lock being threaded and a nut fixing onto the reverse, alternatively some cam cabinet & locker locks will use a horseshoe clip or have a snap-in fix, making it easier to fit the lock.
The rotation of the lock is what ensures that the device is locked securely this is done through a cam at the reverse of the locker or cabinet door, The cams for these units come in many types including cranked, hooked or straight which all depends on the clearance the furniture requires.
