Ordering Master Keys and Master Key Sets

Restrictions Apply - we will only supply master keys to approved persons at companies, such as facilities managers, office managers, school bursars and locksmiths. We will not send to individuals nor will we dispatch to third parties, we reserve the right to cancel any orders we deem not to meet these criteria.


My Keys Haven't Arrived Yet?

Unless otherwise requested, orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class post. The majority of orders will arrive the following working day.

This is not a guaranteed service and we would ask you to allow 7-10 working days for delivery. If you do need a Guaranteed or Signed For service, please select the required delivery method at checkout. If you require any further information or assistance please do not hesitate to Contact Us


I have forgotton my password, What should i do ?

You can reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Password link in the sign in section. A temporary password will be emailed to you, once you have logged on, go to the "My Account" section and change the password as required.


How Do I Know My Details Are Secure When Ordering Online?

You can rest assured that your online payment details are secure.

All our online transactions are dealt with by a third party payment gateway (sage pay), meaning that your card details are never viewed by us or anyone else.


I'm Not Sure If My Order Was Successful What Should I do?

In the event that you place an order and you do not receive email confirmation, please contact us to confirm that the order was successful.


If The Key Doesn't Work What Should I do?

Please contact us for assistance.


What Information Do I Need To Order By Phone, Email or Fax?

Preferably the number on the lock face or the full number from an existing key. For example the number on the lock face of a filing cabinet might read 204 whereas the original key would display the full number, such as 92204.

If you cannot identify the full number, type the number from the lock face into our Key Search facility. This will display the options available to you with pictures of the relevant key profiles and office furniture manufacturers associated with any particular key series.

Check any existing keys that you have for the same type of furniture, for any manufacturer branding and full key numbers with prefix included.
