With very few exceptions, keys are
cut individually to the customers'
requirements and as such are not
stock items. We are therefore unable
to accept the return for credit of
keys that have been incorrectly
ordered, or are surplus to
This also applies where ambiguous
information is given at the time of
ordering. At our sole discretion we
may exchange incorrectly ordered
stock keys. For stock items, a
handling charge of 10% will be
levied on goods "not required" or
"incorrectly ordered" or due to
duplication resulting from a
"confirmation" order not being
marked to that effect.
Customer to bear the cost of
returning goods and we will only
accept the return of goods within 30
days of the delivery date.
