DORMAKABA TS73EMF Hold Open Door Closer - Frame

The dormakaba, formerly known as DORMA, TS73EMF combines a hydraulic door closer with an electromagnetic hold-open unit. When used in conjunction with a fire alarm or smoke detection system, it provides a hold-open solution for fire and smoke check doors, with the door held open under electromagnetic control.

In the event of a fire, the integral hydraulic closer reliably closes the door. The closing cycle can also be triggered by manual door operation or automatically in the event of a power failure. The TS73EMF is Certifire approved and fire rated for timber fire doors up to FD120 and metal fire doors up to FD240.
